IN BRIEF

  • The event will proceed rain, hail or shine - unless weather conditions are deemed dangerous.
  • The event is licensed.
  • Artist times are subject to variation.
  • What you CAN bring: Folding chair, factory sealed water bottle, picnic rug and point and point camera.
  • What you CANNOT bring: Eskies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (exclusion of factory sealed water bottles), food, pets, shade structures, umbrellas, professional cameras, glass or sharp objects.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  • Your ticket is your proof of purchase and must be presented at the time of admission.
  • Tickets are not transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
  • Tickets are not to be duplicated, duplication or unauthorised sale may prevent your admittance to event. Multiple copies of this ticket will NOT allow multiple entries into the event.
  • Do not purchase tickets from another source, otherwise you will not be able to verify if the ticket is legitimate or unauthorised copy.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on tickets.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder may not be permitted entry.

  • The Promoter has all rights to film, photograph and conduct video production at this event.
  • Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information act and the Slydogz Privacy Policy.
  • Your ticket is your tax invoice for the ABN, the ABC and is GST inclusive.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the event. If the event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the Promoter will use best endeavours to notify ticket holders via E-Newsletter, the event website and Facebook page. In the case of the re-scheduled event, ticket holders that are unable to attend the re-scheduled event must apply for a refund within five working days of the rescheduled event. Ticket holders of free/complimentary tickets will not be entitled to a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • You acknowledge that you enter the concert precinct at your own risk.
  • During the concert patrons must not sit or stand in designated pathways and follow official directions by Security and Event Crew.
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue. Those ejected from the venue will not re-admitted to concert and tickets will not refunded.
  • Trespassers and anyone assisting trespassers will be evicted from the venue.
  • Your wristband is your pass-out. If you lose you wristband you will not be allowed back into the venue.
  • Slydogz Eventz are licensed as all ages concerts. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Wristbands will be provided at the concert for all ticket holders. Wristbands which are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
  • Upon entry to concert a search of person and/or possessions may be required. Prohibited items will be confiscated by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for confiscated items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Tables, Tents, Shade Structures, Umbrellas, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages (exception of sealed water bottles), Glass, Hard Sided Eskies, Food, Animals (exception of guide dogs), Professional-Standard/SLR Cameras, Open Fires, Naked Flames, Disposable BBQ's, Laser Points, Fireworks, Flares, Flags/Banners, Whistles, Horns, Musical Instruments, Loud Hailers, Public Addressing Systems or any other object that is considered dangerous, capable of causing a disturbance, obstruction or interference with any performer or patron.
  • No BYO alcohol. Alcohol is available for purchase at the concert. Patrons found to have brought alcohol into the venue will be evicted immediately. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photo ID. It is an offence to supply minors with alcohol and anyone found supplying minors with alcohol with be evicted from the venue.
  • No BYO soft drinks, or any other non-alcoholic beverages, with the exception of sealed water bottles. Drinks required for dietary or health purposes are allowed in sealed containers with written consent from a health professional.
  • No food products - the event will have an International Food Village operating all day for your dietary needs. Most vendors have gluten-free and vegetarian options available. You are most welcome to use your pass out and eat elsewhere if you so desire.
  • Point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not. Unauthorised photography will result in images being deleted by Security. Media and professional photographers must arrange accreditation from Slydogz Management prior to the event. Discretion as to whether your camera is deemed a 'professional-standard camera' rests with Security staff and debate will not be entered into. Cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case or SLR cameras are not allowed.
  • Media accreditation will only be granted to individuals who represent a legitimate and recognised media organisation (including print, radio and television). Freelance journalists/photographers will only be given accreditation if they are working on behalf of a recognised and legitimate media organisation.
  • Patrons are asked to be considerate of others when setting up your area for the day. You will be directed by Security or Event Crew to condense your setup if it is deemed excessive.
  • Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area, which is clearly sign posted.
  • By entering the concert you consent to being filmed and photographed during the concert. Footage or images may be reproduced, published or exploited by the Promoter without restriction including, but not limited to, marketing, promotional use and in all media.
  • The concert will only be abandoned if the Promoter deems the conditions to be dangerous. Refunds (whole or in part) will only be available at the point of purchase, if the concert is abandoned or cancelled. The decision to cancel an event will be made on the day of the concert. Please watch your emails for E-Newsletters and the website and Facebook page for updates on cancellation of the day.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to change the support line-up without prior notification. In the event of a change of the support act line-up change, refunds will not be available.
  • In the unlikely event of an emergency you must follow all official directions from Event Crew and Security.
  • WARNING: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage or loss to your hearing. The use of earplugs is recommended if long term hearing damage or loss is a concern to you.
  • WARNING: The venue is an outdoor area and whilst all care is taken to make the venue safe, the venue may contain dangerous and uneven surfaces. Patrons should wear appropriate footwear and exercise all care and caution whilst in the concert precinct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the venue accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damages how ever caused by the patron attending the event, or by entering or being on the concert venue whether cause by the negligence of the Promoter or venue or otherwise.

ZZZ ZONE (CAMPING)

IN BRIEF
  • Showers and toilet facilities will be located in the campgrounds are for exclusive use of our campers
  • On the Friday night before the concert, Campers are invited into the concert precinct where a bar & grill will be open selling alcoholic beverages and food.
  • From 7am until 9am on Saturday and Sunday Campers will be allowed into the concert venue to purchase food and coffee, however will need to clear the site by 9am to re-enter through the main entrance and have their tickets scanned.
  • Campers are permitted to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages into the campgrounds. However food and drinks are not allowed in the concert precinct.
  • The Zzz Zone is a licensed area so campers cannot bring alcoholic beverages into their campsites. Any alcohol found will be confiscated by Security
  • Campers will be issued with a "Camping" wristband upon arrival to Ballandean Estate Wines.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Upon booking your campsite you agree to the Zzz Zone Terms and Conditions set out by Slydogz Pty Ltd and any other rules and regulations issued by Slydogz Pty Ltd.
  • Campers are required to follow all instructions given by Event Crew, Security, or Ballandean Estate Staff
  • Entry to campgrounds commences on Friday 11th November from 8am
  • Campers MUST leave the campgrounds on their chosen departure day
  • Vehicles cannot be removed from the campgrounds once positioned at your campsite
  • Slydogz Pty Lty reserve the right to allocate and change the positioning of campsites and refuse admission to the campgrounds.
  • The number of people per site is taken seriously. If you check-in to Ballandean Estate Wines with more people than what you've booked for, you must pay the extra cost before being granted access to the campgrounds
  • Campsites will be allocated by Slydogz Pty Ltd. If you wish to camp with a group, please ensure you book the entire group in one booking.
  • Noise is restricted in the campgrounds after 12midnight
  • The campground will proceed despite any weather conditions. No refunds will be given should you decide not to attend the concert/campground because of inclement weather.
  • Upon departing the campgrounds, Campers must ensure that all personal belongings, camping equipment, etc are removed. Anything left behind will be disposed of.
  • Please be considerate of others and the environment. Ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum and rubbish is disposed of correctly. Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in eviction from the campgrounds, with no readmission.
  • Any individual found to be in possession of prohibited item/s will have the item confiscated and return upon departure.
  • Any individual found to be in possession of illegal substances or partaking in illegal activities will be removed from the entire concert site, including the campground, and referred directly to Police.
  • Fires are not permitted in the Zzz Zone - there is a total fire ban on the entire campground.
  • Prohibited items include, but are not limitied to: Glass of any description, Illegal Substances, Fireworks, Flares, Laser Pointers, Flags, Banners, Whistles, Horns, Musical Instruments, Loud Hailers, PA Systems, Any other items deemed to be dangerous, considered as a weapon, inappropriate, capable of causing disturbance or obstruction to any individual.
  • Leave personal valuables at home - Slydogz cannot guarantee 100% security of your campsite.
  • No movement of vehicles within the campgrounds between sunset and sunrise
  • 10km/h speed restrictions apply for all vehicles within the event/camping site.
BUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Upon purchase you agree to the Terms and Conditions of travel as contained below
• The event will proceed rain, hail or shine - unless weather conditions are deemed dangerous. That being said all bus timetables will continue as per schedule unless advised of any changes by the Promoter.
• Your ticket is your proof of purchase of bus ticket travel and may be asked for when entering bus. The bus driver will have a manifest listing all patron names so to ensure a quick and efficient boarding of the bus, please keep your group together and give the bus driver your name upon entering the bus. NO TICKET = NO BUS
• Pick up times are allocated and endeavoured to be kept however you will need to be aware that some changes happen that are beyond our control. We welcome your patience and courtesy should you be inconvenienced by a delay.
• Please ensure that you are at the correct pickup points for bus collection. Make sure you are very familiar with your closest pick up point and waiting in the designated area of that area for collection. E.G at the top of driveways, along the left hand side of the main street (heading south towards Ballandean) etc.
• Ensure you are at the allocated pickup/departure point at least 10 minutes prior to allocated bus collection time. Be aware if you arrive after the allocated pick up time and/or departure time, you will need to find your own way instead and there will be no ticket refunds made by the Promoter.
• Should you not avail yourself of your booked bus service, no refunds will be made or replacement transfer be made available by the Promoter.
• Any patrons that show signs of over intoxication and/or demonstrating aggressive behaviour will be refused admission to bus.
• NO smoking on any bus.
• NO alcohol allowed and/or be consumed on the bus.
• Please follow all instructions from traffic and bus marshals.
• What you CAN bring on the bus: Folding chair, factory sealed water bottle, picnic rug and point and shoot camera.
• What you CANNOT bring on the bus: Hard sided eskies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (exclusion of factory sealed water bottles), food, pets, shade structures, umbrellas, professional cameras, glass or sharp objects.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the event. If the event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the Promoter will use best endeavours to notify all ticket holders via E-Newsletter, the event website and Facebook page. In the case of the re-scheduled event, ticket holders that are unable to attend the re-scheduled event must apply for a refund within five working days of the rescheduled event. Ticket holders of free/complimentary tickets will not be entitled to a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the bus company accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damages how ever caused by any patron utilising bus transfers, whether cause by the negligence of the Promoter or bus company or otherwise.

PATRON DATA COLLECTION - SLYDOGZ PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of our patrons is important to Slydogz Eventz. In order to provide you with the best service we can, we need to collect certain information about you to fulfil and process your Slydogz experience. As a patron, you consent the collection of certain person information when agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon purchase. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email, phone number and credit card details.

Slydogz Pty Ltd may use your person information to:
  • Process and manage your ticket order and register your attendance at the event.
  • Send you confirmation about your ticket booking.
  • Keep you up-to-date about events, news and updates that are relevant to you, or may interest you, via E-Newsletter and other email alerts.
  • Understand who our patrons are and where they come from.
  • Contact you if there are any issues or event changes.
  • Respond to requests or enquiries made by you.
  • Marketing purposes.

When you purchase tickets to a Slydogz Eventz you consent for your name and email to be automatically added to our mailing list. This provides you with email alerts about our events, recent updates and news. Patrons have the freedom to opt-out of this service at any time. You can do so by clicking 'un-subscribe' on a campaign email or by contacting us. Slydogz Eventz will not otherwise disclose any patron information to any third parties, unless the patron was advised at the time of purchase. We take all necessary steps to ensure your information is kept in a secure facility. Slydogz Eventz are committed to protecting your personal information and treats it, at all times, as confidential.

Your Payment Details

Upon purchasing your tickets online to a Slydogz Event you are required to provide your credit card details. Your payment details are used by Slydogz Eventz for the one-off transaction for your tickets, however your full payment details are not saved once the order is processed. Slydogz Eventz only keeps the card type and the last four digits of your card number. Slydogz Eventz will not pass on this information to any other party.
